At SpoiledNStyled.com, all luxury items undergo strict authentication. Because of the nature of designer goods, we do not offer standard cash or card refunds.

1. Authenticity Guarantee Returns

If an item is proven to be inauthentic by a certified, reputable third-party authenticator, you are fully protected. You must notify us within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Upon verification, you will receive a 100% full refund including original shipping costs.

2. Exchanges (Same-Priced or Greater Item)

We accept exchanges under the following strict conditions:

Timeframe: You must request and ship the exchange within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

Condition: The item must remain completely unused, unworn, and in the exact condition it was shipped, including all security tags and tamper-proof seals intact.

Value: Exchanges are only permitted for an item of equal or greater value (the price difference for a greater-valued item must be paid at the time of the exchange).

Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any associated shipping fees for the new item unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
